Ravda is a resort village on the coast between Nessebar and Sunny Beach: the sea and all the tourist infrastructure of the neighbouring resorts are close by, while the village itself is noticeably quieter and calmer, keeping the atmosphere of an ordinary Bulgarian village. A two-storey house with a total area of 250 m² and 5 bedrooms, with several bathrooms on different floors. The house is furnished: the rooms have beds and wardrobes, and the bathrooms are fitted with plumbing fixtures — you can move in without spending on furnishings. The 540 m² plot gives plenty of space: room for the pool that is already on site, for parking several cars, and for a relaxation area in the yard.
Calculation based on average short-term rental rates in Sunny Beach (€45–65/night for 1-bedroom, season 100–120 nights). Actual income depends on occupancy and management.
