Bademite is a residential apartment complex located on the seafront in the resort of Sveti Vlas, in close proximity to the Marina Dinevi yacht marina. The complex consists of several buildings with apartments of varying layouts, from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The buildings were constructed using high-quality building materials and are now operational. The complex grounds are landscaped, with landscaping and recreational areas. Thanks to its seafront location and the well-developed infrastructure of the area, the complex is suitable for both recreation and residential use, as well as investment. Management is provided by a management company.
