The architecture is designed in a modern resort style, and the buildings are constructed using high-quality building materials and are designed for seasonal recreation and residential use.
The complex has a gated, landscaped area with landscaping and recreation areas. Due to its elevated location, some apartments offer sea views. The complex is serviced by a management company and is suitable for both private use and rentals.
