Who pays for repairs?

When will I receive the first payout?

After the first tenant check-in, usually within 30–45 days.

What about taxes in Bulgaria?

We withhold and remit the rental income tax (10%) from each payout.

Can I use the apartment myself?

Yes — we coordinate dates in advance and block the calendar.
