The territory and common areas include amenities for holidays and year-round use: a reception with lobby, private parking, a swimming pool for adults and children with a waterfall effect, a spa center, a gym, as well as a rooftop relaxation area — a roof terrace, sunbathing zone, and garden with sun loungers.
Within the complex and as part of the Sweet Homes club-style infrastructure, owners and guests have access to:
• outdoor swimming pool with adult and children’s sections;
• outdoor heated jacuzzi;
• spa and relaxation areas;
• fitness / gym;
• children’s playground;
• café and barbecue area;
• security, controlled access, and territory maintenance.
Calculation based on average short-term rental rates in Sunny Beach (€45–65/night for 1-bedroom, season 100–120 nights). Actual income depends on occupancy and management.

Instalment plans come only from developers on new builds. Down payment usually from 30%, term — until construction completion, no bank involved. Exact terms depend on the developer — we will confirm them for a specific property.
