Payment terms by installments (if purchased before 15.05.2026, installments for 2 years without interest):
• 10% of the purchase price upon signing the Preliminary Agreement
• Second payment in 2 months of 10% of the purchase price
• Third payment in 4 months of 15% of the purchase price
The remaining 65% of the purchase price is payable in quarterly installments under the agreement with the developer:
• For a term of up to 3 years, the interest rate on the remaining balance is 3.5% per annum;
• For a term of 3 to 5 years, the interest rate is 6.5% per annum;
• For a term of 5 to 10 years, the interest rate is 9.7% per annum.
If the down payment is more than 50% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 1.5% discount is provided.
If the full purchase price is paid within two months of signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 3% discount is provided.
The right of use (with the right to lease) is transferred immediately upon payment of the down payment. The signing of the notarial deed takes place after full payment for the property.
