Villa Margarita is a new resort-style residential complex in Sveti Vlas, nestled in a green area on a slope at the foot of the Balkan Mountains, offering picturesque views of the sea and mountains. The project is being developed as a modern residential building with no maintenance fee, making it attractive for both vacation rentals and investment opportunities.
The complex consists of four floors and includes studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments. All apartments have balconies, and some ground-floor apartments have private fenced courtyards. The complex features a contemporary architecture, landscaped grounds, and greenery.
The building is currently under construction (Act 14). Final work on the façade, landscaping, landscaping, and elevator installation is underway. Documentation is being prepared for subsequent closing.
Construction timeline: Estimated completion and commissioning is mid-2026.
