The Sun Coast Resort complex is a gated residential/apartment complex in the resort town of Sveti Vlas. Built and commissioned in 2007, the complex is a low-rise building (approximately 4 stories) with residential apartments suitable for seasonal vacations, year-round living, and rentals.
The complex is architecturally designed in a style typical of the Bulgarian coast—light-colored facades, balconies, and landscaped areas surrounding the buildings.
