The Artur complex is a large residential apartment complex in the resort town of Sveti Vlas on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It combines the functions of a year-round residential property and a seaside holiday destination, offering owners amenities both for permanent living and for seasonal holidays or rental purposes.
Architecturally, the complex is designed in a light Mediterranean style with rich landscaped greenery, decorative facade elements, and harmonious exteriors. The buildings within the complex are set on a landscaped territory with relaxation areas and improvement features.
The complex was commissioned around 2015 and consists of 118 apartments of various layouts — from studios to multi-room apartments and maisonettes. Many apartments offer panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, or the territory of the complex.
