The Vista Verde complex is a new premium residential project in Burgas, located on the border of the Slaveykov and Bratya Miladinovi districts, in close proximity to a green park, the city center, and the Sea Garden. It is also close to the Galleria shopping center, supermarkets, schools, kindergartens, and the university—all important city amenities are within walking distance.
The project includes residential apartments (studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments), as well as office and commercial space and parking spaces. The building will house approximately 91 apartments and two commercial units, with two-level underground parking.
The apartments feature modern architecture, premium common areas, and comfortable layouts. All apartments are delivered unfinished, with the option of ordering a custom turnkey finish for an additional fee.
