The studio consists of an entrance hall, a room with a kitchenette and seating area, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The studios are sold rough-finished (without finishing), allowing you to customize the interior.
No maintenance fee.
Starting prices for studios start from €68,000. Prices are approximate and vary depending on the area, floor, apartment type, and construction stage. Exact prices are available upon request when selecting a specific apartment in the complex.
Installment terms:
Deposit – €3,000
- 30% upon signing the preliminary contract.
- 10% upon reaching the ground level at the entrance.
- 10% upon completion of the apartment floor.
- 15% upon installation of the last slab in that entrance.
