About the complex

Scarabey Tortuga 2 is a modern residential complex located in the newly developing Horizont district of Burgas, adjacent to the Scarabey Tortuga residential building. The complex's location is considered promising due to its proximity to the student campus under construction, making the area attractive for both residential and investment.
The building will consist of nine above-ground floors. The ground floor (ground level) will house commercial space and garages, while the residential floors will feature apartments with various layouts—studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments.
