Studios in the new Premier Fort Suites complex are available for sale.
The studio consists of an entrance hall, a room with a kitchenette and seating area, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The studios are sold fully furnished and renovated.
Maintenance fee is €14.50/sq.m. per year.
Starting prices for studios start from €119000. Prices are approximate and vary depending on the size, floor, apartment type, and stage of construction. Exact prices are available upon request when selecting a specific apartment in the complex.
Installment payment terms:
• First payment of 10% upon signing the preliminary agreement;
• Second payment of 15% up to 2 months after the first payment;
The remaining 75% of the cost is payable in installments under the developer's contract, with quarterly payments:
• due by April 2032 – NO PRICE INCREASE
• payment option up to 10 years from the contract date – with a 5% annual interest surcharge on the remaining balance.
For a down payment of 35% or more, a 1% discount is provided.
For a down payment of more than 50% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, a 1.5% discount is provided.
