Studios in the new Casa Del Sol complex are available for sale.
The studio consists of an entrance hall, a room with a kitchenette and lounge area, a bathroom, and a terrace. The studios are sold turnkey.
Maintenance fee is €13/sq.m. per year.
Starting prices for studios start from €83,561. Prices are indicative and vary depending on the size, floor, apartment type, and construction stage. Exact prices are available upon request when selecting a specific apartment in the complex.
Installment terms:
€2,000 deposit;
30% - upon receipt of Act 14;
20% - upon receipt of Act 15 (with 100% payment before this stage, a 3% discount);
50% - upon receipt of Act 16 (within 6 months after Act 16, 0% appreciation on the remaining balance).
After this period, an installment plan of up to 4 years at 7% per annum on the remaining amount is possible.
The Casa Del Sol complex is a modern residential project in the Sunny Beach resort, located approximately 700 meters from the sandy Black Sea beach.
The complex consists of five buildings, 4-6 stories high, featuring contemporary architecture, designed to provide comfortable living and relaxing by the sea. The complex will feature an outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, recreation areas, landscaped green spaces, and 24-hour security, creating a cozy, safe, and peaceful atmosphere.
Maintenance fee: €13 per square meter per year.
Construction stage: Completion is scheduled for 2027.
