Maintenance fee is €12/sq.m. per year.
Starting prices for studios start from €63,043. Prices are approximate and vary depending on the area, floor, apartment type, and stage of construction. Exact prices are available upon request when selecting a specific apartment in the complex. Payment terms:
€3,000 deposit (valid for 30 days)
1st payment - 30% within 30 days of deposit
2nd payment - 20% by September 1, 2026
3rd payment - 10% by December 30, 2026
4th payment - 20% March 2027
