The Apollon complex is a large residential and resort complex located between the village of Ravda and the town of Nessebar on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, within walking distance of the sea. The complex consists of several residential buildings — approximately 8 to 9 buildings — with functional studios and apartments with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, suitable for holidays, living, or rental purposes.
The territory of the complex offers a variety of amenities for owners and guests. The grounds are landscaped, and in some parts of the complex each building has its own swimming pool or access to several outdoor swimming pools with children’s sections. The complex also features well-maintained sunbathing areas with loungers, children’s playgrounds, and spaces for walking and outdoor relaxation.
The infrastructure of the complex includes:

• bar or bars;
• mini-market;
• secured parking;
• twenty-four-hour security;
• additional services such as spa treatments, massage, and bicycle or car rental — in some parts of the complex.
