Studios in the new Ravda City Residence complex are available for sale.
The studio consists of an entrance hall, a room with a kitchenette and seating area, a bathroom, and a terrace.
The studios are sold rough-finished - putty and screed (no finishing), so you can customize the interior.
Maintenance fee: €300 per year.
Parking from €10,000.
Starting prices for studios start from €42,575. Prices are approximate and depend on the area, floor, apartment type, and stage of construction. Exact prices are available upon request when selecting a specific apartment in the complex.
Installment terms:
• 20% - upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 20% - at the foundation stage (Catalogue 0);
• 30% - upon receipt of Act 14;
• 20% - after completion of interior plastering;
• 10% – upon receipt of Act 16.
Ravda City Residence is a new apartment complex located in the center of the resort village of Ravda. The project is a modern residential building approximately 4 stories high with apartments of various layouts, ranging from studios to one-bedroom apartments. All apartments feature balconies and functional layouts.
The complex is being built using modern construction technologies and is designed for both seasonal and year-round use. The grounds include well-maintained common areas and a recreational swimming pool. Apartments will be delivered to buyers at the "na tapa" (rough finish) stage.
