Starting prices for two-bedroom apartments start from €184,399. Prices are indicative and vary depending on the size, floor, type of apartment, and stage of construction. Exact prices are available upon request when selecting a specific apartment in the complex.
Installment terms:
€2,000 deposit;
30% - upon receipt of Act 14;
20% - upon receipt of Act 15 (with 100% payment before this stage, a 3% discount);
50% - upon receipt of Act 16 (within 6 months after Act 16, 0% interest on the remaining balance).
After this period, an installment plan of up to 4 years at 7% per annum on the remaining amount is possible.
