Studio apartments are offered for sale in the new InterHomes 3 complex.
The studio consists of an entrance hall, a room with a kitchen area and a lounge area, a bathroom, and a terrace. The studios are sold turnkey.
The maintenance fee is 150 euros (excluding VAT) per year.
Parking spaces are available from 15,000 euros.
Starting prices for the studios are from 70,900 euros. Prices are approximate and depend on the area, floor, apartment type, and stage of construction. Exact prices are available upon request when selecting a specific apartment in the complex.
Installment terms (two payment options are available):
1) deposit — 2,000 euros;
• 30% — upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 30% — September 2026;
• 30% — February 2027;
• 10% — May 2027.

• 50% — upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 20% — May 2026;
