The architecture is designed in a modern resort style, and the buildings were constructed using quality building materials and are intended for seasonal holidays and living.
The complex has a gated and landscaped territory with green areas and relaxation zones. Thanks to its elevated location, some apartments offer sea views. The complex is maintained by a property management company and is suitable both for personal use and for rental purposes.
Infrastructure and amenities in the complex:

• restaurant and bar on the territory;
