Floral Meadows is a gated village of 39 two-storey villas in old-Bulgarian style, on a hill, part of The Vineyards Resort. The territory is closed, with 24-hour security, video surveillance, and a barrier at the entrance. A spa center, large pools with bars, restaurants and sports grounds are in the resort's neighboring hotel.

Maintenance fee: €1,200 per year.

The complex is located between Aheloy and Kableshkovo, Burgas region, on elevated ground — sea, hills and fields are visible from the windows. All distances in the listing are measured in a straight line, by the property's coordinates: by road it is longer.

Exactly what transfers to the buyer under the documents — the house with the land plot, or ideal shares of the land — I will confirm with the owner on your request. For buyers from outside the EU, land registration is handled separately, through a lawyer: we will go over your situation before you make a deposit.

On top of the price you should budget for interior finishing of the whole house, a heating system, furniture, transaction costs and taxes. Finishing is the main extra cost here, and it needs to be calculated before the purchase, not after.
