Jurisdiction and Applicable Law: Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria.

2. PRINCIPLES AND LEGAL GROUNDS (GDPR)

We collect only the data necessary to provide real estate services and ensure the proper functioning of the website.

Service Provision: For communication and property matching, the legal basis is “Performance of a contract” or pre-contractual measures.

Analytics and Marketing: For data transfer to advertising networks, we rely exclusively on your “Explicit Consent.”

Guarantee: We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Purpose: Client communication and property matching.
