Your three days

Day 1

Life by the sea, from the inside

A driver meets you at Burgas Airport and takes you to your accommodation. No apartment viewings on this day. I show you the coast from Burgas to Elenite the way I got to know it myself after moving here in 2022: where the best beaches are, where to live in winter, where to find doctors, schools and shops, where it’s quiet and where the season gets loud. We walk through the Old Town of Nessebar. By evening, you know where you want to live.

Day 2

Viewing the shortlist

We visit the apartments we shortlisted in advance for your budget and goal and agreed with you. I look at each one through an architect’s eyes: layout, build quality, sound insulation, street noise, the real distance to the sea. And I tell you right away what can be changed to suit you and how much it costs.

Day 3

Decision and documents

We take a second look at the 2–3 best options. We check the documents and work out the costs of buying and running the apartment. If you’ve decided, we reserve it. In the evening, the driver takes you to the airport.
